The customer selects a template style based on their preference, such as family, couple, pet, or memorial portraits. Afterward, they provide any customization details (size, number of people, background, etc.).

2. Customer Uploads Photos

The customer uploads the necessary photos for the painting:

· Clear face photos (preferably front-facing for accuracy)

· Full body photos (optional, if required for the composition)

· Reference images (if they want specific elements included)

3. Counting the Number of People

The pricing is determined based on the number of people included in the portrait. Each additional person will incur an extra fee.

4. Select Customization Options

5. Customer Confirms Order and Makes Payment

Once the customer has selected all options and uploaded photos, they confirm the order and proceed to payment. They will receive an order number and confirmation email.

6. Artist Prepares and Starts the Sketch

After receiving the order and payment:

· The artist will create a preliminary sketch based on the uploaded photo(s).

· They will decide on the layout, position of each person, and general composition.

7. Base Painting and Texture Application

The artist will start by applying base colors for the background and main elements:

· Large areas like the background and shadows will be painted first.

· Texture application begins with a palette knife and brush strokes to add depth and dimension.

8. Detailing and Refining the Portrait

The artist adds intricate details to the faces, clothing, and any other important elements. They work on making the skin tones, hair texture, and facial features as realistic as possible.

9. Drying Time

Oil paintings require a drying period. Depending on the thickness of the paint, this can take anywhere from 3-10 days. The artist will ensure the painting is fully dried before proceeding to the next step.

10. Customer Approval Photos

Once the painting is complete:

· The artist takes high-quality photos of the painting.

· These are sent to the customer for approval.

· If the customer requests any changes (e.g., color adjustments or texture), they are made at this stage.

11. Shipping and Packaging

After receiving customer approval, the painting is carefully packaged:

· The painting is wrapped with bubble wrap, placed in a sturdy box, and shipped via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

· A tracking number is provided to the customer for shipment tracking.

12. Customer Receives the Painting

The customer receives the hand-painted portrait, which is ready to hang on the wall. If they ordered a framed painting, it will come ready to hang.
